Large tree branch fallen from oak tree on the country walk has snapped and fallen into my property blocking acess to rear of yard to big to moove manually by hand and has caused damage to the roof of the property

The trees have previously been reported as out of hand and severely over grown the very large oak branch has snapped and is now blocking entry to the rear of my property causing damage to the roof of the building its to big to manually and dangerous for pedestrians on the other side of the property
