On going problem with fly tipping

The house at the end of Dale Street in North Blyth perpetually has rubbish dumped outside on the lane. As you can see from the photograph there is now a fridge freezer fly tipped there. This has been there for over two months. Since the photograph was taken there has been more fly tipping added to this area. The person responsible for dumping this rubbish has no regard for the area and residents that live in North Blyth. Quite frankly it is disgusting and it’s disgraceful that the person responsible for this is allowed to continue to do this on an on - going basis. Residents in this area should not have to put up with this!
