Tree is blocking streetlight and also grown onto private land

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7965542.

Tree needs cutting back (even more than previously). Grows over onto private land. Would request that it is cut back (from top too) so that none of the tree is on the private land.
