Over hanging willow tree in number 7 Osier court Stakeford

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7965019.

My Mum had a serious fall last October which resulted in surgery. I am aware that the original report is now closed. I have continued to contact county hall to no avail. It is now August, you hardly access the foot path. If this is not rectified within the next 2 weeks I will have no alternative to seek further action
