Fly tipping at both ends of lane

These have been reported several times, especially outside number 35 and at the bottom (north end of the lane); now there’s a sofa half way down, I think it is on the list to have the weeds cleared however it’s becoming so obstructive and encouraging people to take their dogs there for the toilet.
