Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7964310.

Van keeps parking on the verge at this spot, on verge and also partly on footpath, causing an obstruction. Stopped for a while after NCC sent out letters about parking on verges, but has started again.
