Trees overhanging main road

The trees on the grassed area in the centre of the knoll are overgrown and hanging over the main road in the street. The trees are also interfering with the utility cables running to several houses in the street. The trees that are overhanging the road massively limit the visibility and width of the road. An elderly neighbour almost crashed me yesterday as their view was obstructed when reversing off their drive.
