A Fly-tipping problem has been found

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7960651.

Customer reports a large bag of sand out on the grass verge (she says about 3 houses away from her) which she's been told has been there for approx 2 years. She says she's seen mice going in and out of it. Please can it be removed Many thanks
