Large pothole and road breaking up

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7960446.

There is a large pothole measuring 36 inches by 18 inches by 2 and 1/2inches deep on the bend outside 18 Thornlea Hepscott. There are several small potholes and the road is breaking up. The same area had some tarmac put in a year or more ago but has come out. This causes a hazard to cars/vans etc and a build up of gravel across the road. It has been like this for several months, not long after the road was repaired. Could this be rectified asap please.
