Area not being cleaned

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7959985.

The footpath outside of county mills is not being cleaned because the road sweeper cannot get into this section because of the flower beds that were installed This morning broken glass was left a resident of county mills has now cleared it as the street team left it. The section from argyle terrace up to Cartmel solicitors is never cleaned due to the flower beds. Please could you ensure this area is swept daily by your team. This is the third time it has been reported and still nothing has been done to fectify the issue.
