Hole in fence covered by overgrown bushes

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7953193.

There are overgrown bushes on the small field adjacent to The Jacqui Young park on Hallington Drive. There are holes in the fence (a council property) behind these bushes and my dog keeps getting through from the field into this garden when exercising her on the field. Could these holes to fixed please? It may involve removing the bushes too. Thank you
