Walkers and cyclists clash on the paths and cycle tracks due to them been overgrown with weeds and overhanging bushes more so on the walkways because of this pedestrians have to more into the cycle tracks and with traffic noise on the spine road the pedestrians don't hear the approach of cyclists travelling northbound which end up in mishap
