Obstruction in road

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7943518.

It would appear someone has been doing garden project and has left unused paving flags and a dumpy bag of sand in the road causing an obstruction. It has been there for a number of weeks and is causing a highway obstruction on a narrow road
