New Top dressing of road not compacted down by a roller.

This is what happens when the top dressing is not compacted down by a roller. You should not expect the cars to do this work for you. Look at the pictures to see what happened to my car using the road. I also find it strange there are now signs stating "No Road Markings" The council never supplied these after the last failed attempt to redress the road correctly 2 years ago.
Yes but no one at all from the council contacted me about all the tar on my car.
