Blocked gullies around this road junction

Please would you clean out the four adjacent gullies on the corners of Howard Road, Maritime Place and Hood Street? I went by yesterday afternoon (Monday 14 July 2025) and they weren't carrying the storm water away, especially the one the corner by the former Hood Street Hall.
