Every time it rains this drain on wheatriggs terrace the water spreads over the road . it has happened over many years but maybe the infrastructure is no longer up to date

The problem is everytime it rains this drain overflows all over the road. possible blockage or maybe the infrastructure needs updating as it has been happing for years
