Paving slabs on the whole of this public path are rising and sinking in places making this a trip hazard to the public using this path which is right outside my home

I reported this problem to my housing provider over a year ago nothing s been done and now obviously problem is worse housing manager seemed to think this may be coming from the roots of a large tree that has been up 20 + years from when the estate was built but there are checks supposed to being made to see if there is TPO on the tree 2 weeks ago and had no update since. I know of 2 next door neighbours that have almost fallen it's a accident waiting to happen as H and S matter hoping you can help the housing company we had was JJHousing but now it is Sanctuary Housing from March this year thank you for your help Mrs J Tasker resident of no 45 Bluebell Rise
