Private block paving

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7858897.

The guy who lives in number 2 Newton Street has put block paving down as a private driveway and says that it’s on his property deeds. I have lived here for nearly 30 years and was always told that it was a right of way across the bottom of Newton Street and Bridge Street.
