A Abandoned Vehicle problem has been found

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7857720.

Customer says the old A68 used to run up Whiteside Bank which is closed off at the top. This runs along side customers land. He says that a Black Mercedes E320 has been parked at the top of the bank for the last 4 days. There is no reason for it to be there, there are no houses at the top of the bank. Is there anything we can do with this?? Many thanks
