Footpath route from residential area to school and village is badly overgrown
Reported via iOS in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category by Councillor Roger Spriddell at 14:56, Wednesday 9 July 2025
Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7834063.
The footpaths are badly restricted by weeds and overgrown hedges or bushes. This is a very popular route to Cambois School for adults with numerous children on bicycles and it is becoming impassable.

For some reason the location spot is saved wrongly. It’s the main road Brock one from Sandfield Road down to West Bridge Street roundabout and the pathway to the left on route to school behind the Main Street going to St Andrews Church. Thanks

The route from Wilson Avenue to West Bridge Street Cambois is still badly affected by overgrown weeds, trees and bushes. This is a school route for people with pushchairs, primary school children on bikes and it really needs attenuation urgently
