White transit van abandoned on Tinklers Bank

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7829317.

The van was originally parked by the traffic lights at the bridge heading south and had ladders etc on the roof. The same van has now been on the grass verge at Tinklers bank for er a week and everything of value has been removed.
