A Surface Condition problem has been found

Previous report - 7723251 Weeds hazardous for elderly residents. We have been out & tried to deal with the weeds but the treatment has only affected the smaller 'thistle type' weeds. The larger ones covering the whole footpath need a stronger solution. Thanks
