Cafe seats and large planters blocking road access

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7823353.

The cafe has effectively closed the road to cyclists, pedestrians and cars by establishing several planters across the road between the cafe and the Cross. This means it is impossible to get through or to pick up loads from other shops.
