Hedge is obsructing view of traffic when turning right from Swansfield onto Abbey Meadows

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7821106.

As you drive down Swansfield to turn right onto the busy Abbey Meadows (which is usually lined with parked cars & is also a bus route) whilst waiting to see if the road is clear, your view is obstructed by the hedge in the garden of the house on the corner of Abbey Meadows - could the resident be asked to trim the hedge to enable drivers to have a clear view of the road & thus avoid a possible collision with a car coming up the road but which drivers from Swansfield are unable to see? It would be great if this problem could be solved & driving on the estate made saver? Thanking you in advance for any help you can offer to solve the problem (the obstructing hedge has ee like this for a little while).
