A Signal Failure problem has been found by Northumberland County Council This has been ongoing since before 08:30 this morning - Newcastle City Council were informed and an operative attended at approx 10:45 - Police called at 13:37 to advise that they were still getting calls - spoke to standby operative Ian Wright who is a sub-contractor and the power had failed so he was arranging for a set of temp lights and should be there at 14:00 approx - we were not informed of this.
