Overgrown grass verge on junction 5 lane ends

The grass at the junction at 5 lane ends coming from Colwell when you look to your right towards Scotland is too long. there is a slight dip before the junction that causes a brief blind spot and with the grass the length it is it makes it worse. This morning my husband had to swerve to avoid a collision as he came down the A68 from the other exit further north, the car coming out of the junction at 5 lane ends simply did not see him. I believe the long grass was part of the problem as i noticed it being a bit more difficult earlier in the week.
