Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7808080.

I have sent messages about this light not working for over a year and it was only yesterday that you sent a message saying problem solved and case closed. Sorry the light is not working. Will you sort this before someone is knocked over or even killed.

  • The electricity supply to the street lighting unit has failed. Northern Powergrid are responsible for the power supply. We notified NPG of the issue on 10/07/2025. The standard response time is 25 working days
