It beggars belief that this newly laid soil and seeded grass is ignored by the driver of this vehicle . This verge was damage previously but now here we go again - its also parked and obscures the view of traffic coming round the corner - its dangerous and damages the grass and makes everywhere unsightly - we are sick of reporting this - time something was done - bollards or large stones to prevent parking up on kerbs
