Overgrown tree stumps which became a trip hazard

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7801957.

The tree stump behind the car parking bay at the end is overgrown with grass and became a trip hazard. I found this out by falling onto hands and knees.
