Wrong slope on newly laid road has caused flooding.

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7798410.
In early December '24 the roads in the estate were all replaced. Since then the roads have flooded towards the lower ends of the estate. There is a drain at the opposite side of the road to my house however due to a slope in the road it now avoids the drain and runs towards the houses flooding the yards. This will end up causing damage to properties if left unresolved.
