Rude staff
Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7791506.
Staff that man this failed to read my report and are incapable of applying common sense to understand there is not the option for two pins and it is not difficult to identify the address. Clearly staff simply don't want to do the job they are paid for and rudely close complaints without doing anything. It is about time these stupid staff understand that generates frustration which leads to abuse then they get upset when they are called out for their behaviour. It is about time they looked at their own ridiculous conduct instead of playing the injured party when it is their unhelpful and abusive actions that cause these issues. If the council was fulfilling their obligations then there would be no complaints.
