Huge dip in patchwork path

The issue has been around since we moved in 5 years ago, it got considerablely worse when the paths were dug up for the virgin media wires to be put in. If a long pole is over the width of the path, you can actually put you foot underneath the middle of the pole there is so much of a dip in the path.

    We've completed our investigation and works are now planned. We aim to complete repairs within 28 working days.

    The actually dip in the path way has been patched, BUT can you honestly say that this is acceptable! The path is like a patch work quilt! Although there is no major holes as there was before. The overall surface on the path is unacceptable!
