Reported via desktop in the Pedestrian Barriers - Damaged / Missing category by Maurice Hodgson at 10:13, Sat 28 June 2025

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7777288.

We have noticed regular occurrences of branches scraping buses, particularly Double Deckers, as they travel down Tinklers Bank, they need trimming back to avoid a potential serious incident. We have also noticesd a road barrier further down the road, just beyond the rail station, has been pushed into the hedge, this needs removing.

  • If they are not NCC's but are recognised as dangerous, do NCC inform the owners that they are a risk on the highway and should do something about it?
