Overhanging dangerous bushes blocking path and risk of injury

There is a row of 4/5 houses whose back gardens have overgrown bushes. These are all blocking the already narrow path and they are made of Hawthorn and some brambles. I am currently training a blind service user here and there is serious risk of injury to face. We will be training in the area with a new guide dog soon and need this path to be accessible and cut back the bushes as far as possible. Many thanks.
