Flower beds no longer fit for purpose

We would like the opportunity to have someone meet us to discuss a change in the flower beds to make them more fit for purpose. The council filled in one bed with no consultaion now the beds are uneven - we would like to change them so the trees do not starve them of water - make them even again - narrower and mor eon the edge of the verge and at both ends to help stop parking also - and so they are easily seen and enjoyed

    I have had no contact or email about this report and the verge in front of our houses is a disgrace - every time houses are build we put up with the disgrace left behind . Hard to believe this was once a Britain in blood village - the council should be ashamed . There is no care or attention - supposed grass seed sown , its all weeds and cars still driving on the kerb !

  • Ill nothing - no one has contacted me as requested to discuss making theses beds fit for purpose,]. they have been left weed ridden and the grass in a terrible state by contractors for utilities for new houses - we have had no summer planting at all - the forgotten village

  • I have emailed community engagement after attending a meeting , and copied in our local elected councilor . This has now been grassed over , is full of weeds and still no contact or engagement with local residents - its an utter disgrace .. These beds need to be reinstate as promised by the developers/NEDL from the new housing estate - after all they would still be there if those houses had not been buit ! We need some local engagement with residents and councilors - we have asked for years and nothing - appaling.

  • Could someone please get in touch about these beds - or now lack of flower beds . This fix my street is totally unfit for purpose ! And the in action of the council and their disregard for residents is disgusting

  • And still I wait for the local councilor to contact me as promised to action this report. Where is the missing £400 gifted to replace the beds ??
