The road surface just in front of my house which is directly opposite the scout has been patched many times and has become very uneven

In a repaired patch there is a metal cover in front of the scout hut entrance which has sunk and has made the road dip in that area making the surface so uneven that my house upstairs actually rattle when heavy vehicles go over it at night, especially at speed. It is in the direction of Bomarsund to Ashington. The whole width of the road there is uneven and needs to be resurfaced right across to make it smooth. These houses were built over 100 years ago (mine is 1 West Terrace) and were not designed for heavy traffic. I am very concerned that it could have a detrimental effect on my property, especially the foundations and the side of the house as I am on the end of the terrace.
