A Blocked Ditch Causing Flooding problem has been found

Outside of Rowan Cottage there is a sepctic tank and the ditch works that were carried out by NCC were not right down to the end of the road and the water table has risen and the outlet for the septic tank is flooding causing issues for the residents in the cottages
