Water pooling.

Water pools where it didn't before the road was planed and resurfaced in 2021. This is a hazard because passing traffic splashes water onto the pavement and it turns to ice on frosty mornings. One photo taken on 23/06/2025 shows a couple of people have crossed the road to avoid being splashed. I reported this by WhatsApp to my local County Councillor in January 2022 and later by email explaining that the road resurfacing had caused the problem but NCC seem to be loathe to fix it.
