All the drains down Bank Hill and Love Lane BLOCKED

All the drains coming down Bank Hill are blocked, also as you come in to Love Lane out side The flats “ The Granary” the flats ground floor was flooded on Saturday night due to the thunder storm. Fire Brigade were out as well. Had the drains not been blocked it may not have happened? Every time there is a down pour the Granary Court yard fills with water, and this time as it did 7 or 8 years ago, it’s can in the premises. Why are threaded drains neglected with plants growing out of them?
