This pavement with rear access to the Harwood Court care home is covered in moss and overgrown vegetation. Can I confirm whether this is the responsibility of the council as it is overlooked each year and I often have to maintain it myself each year to prevent accidents. Not only is it unsafe, it also represents poor maintenance standards. If this is not council responsibility, please can you advise who this lies with. If untreated, this will become inaccessible, particularly if needed in an emergency for property owners and care home residents alike.
