Abandoned car outside of 7 bothal avenue that’s been there since at least April 2024

The car has been parked outside of 7 bothal avenue since at least April 2024. It has not been moved from this place since then and the tyres are currently flat and have weeds growing through them. The car has no MOT and has no road tax even though it is parked on the public road. It is preventing us from parking outside of our house and has been since we acquired the property. This is a huge issue as one person in the house has mobility problems. It does not belong to our direct neighbours and they confirm it has been there for over a year. It is a silver Vauxhall corsa with the number plate ND07 MTF.
