A Obstruction (Not Vegetation) problem has been found by resident. Described as a large cable around 10 yards long has come loose from the building next door to the co-op funeralcare, park view Westgate, Haltwhistle and is causing an obstruction lying on the path for pedestrians and wheelchair users. Resident has tripped today on this whilst out with his wife. Building is believed to be empty. Please can we loook into this. Thank you
