A Obstruction (Not Vegetation) problem has been found

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7726677.

At the entrance of the allotment there are 3 huge planters on council land 3ft by 2ft. Its for Hollywell in Bloom but the judges do not go down that way. These are blocking the footpath for pedestrians and also disa drivers that need to get parked closer to the allotment.
