Newly erected fence causing visibility issues.

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7725104.

A fence has been erected around a new development which is causing visibility issues for vehicles. A very old hedge has been uprooted which I think is a breach of the planning application.
