Cars parking

Cars from people who work in the local shops are parking all day in bays designated as 2 hour limits. One car was parked all day today,as I actually had need to pass by more than once and took notice ( at least 6 hours ) The traffic warden is in the town frequently but as soon as he/she appears the car owners run out and move their cars,the parking on the Main Street is difficult enough as it is but when you struggle to walk distances but don’t actually qualify for a blue badge and you adhere to the Highway Code it’s getting impossible,it’s driving me away from shopping in the independent shops and using the local cafes/bars etc,so much so today I went to Brampton instead,taking my money with me.
