Some external contractors (Virgin or Gas) were doing work around Kirkhill a few months ago and the paving they put down outside our house is now cracked and uneven causing pedestrians to trip. The slabs are getting worse in terms of cracking and wobbling.

  • Thank You for your report. This does not meet the Councils criteria for a footway repair. Northumberland County Council will instruct repairs on hazardous defects once a vertical edge of ≥20mm has been met. Each report is risk assessed by our Highways Inspection team.
