New fence obstructing visibility on corner.

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7711559.

New housing development. Hedges have been removed this spring during nesting season. Replaced with unsightly fence, facing backwards and obstructing visibility on the corner. This is increasing risk of RTA.
