Natural spring

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7697683.

Apparently this is a natural spring yet nothing is being done about this other than sandbags!! Which are not working now due to the volume water. Running back across the path into gardens. Surely this should be an urgent matter.
