Totally locked drain at the top of the incline entering Ovington form Ovingham.

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7686841.
The drain has been silting up for several years. I regularly clean it out but it has gone beyond the point where I can have any impact. The water flows over it resulting in a river running down the side and into the centre of the road after heavy rain. It can be so flooded that it cannot be crossed on foot. I the winter it forms an ice stream straight after a bend in the road on an uphill stretch. Clearly this is potentially dangerous.
