Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7683821.

The large bin behind the business premises belonging to either Jethros cafe or the Chinese takeaway is overflowing,the the rubbish is blowing out of the bin onto the foot way to the Sainsbury’s supermarket ,we already have a rat problem in the town and this rubbish and open bin lid is certainly not going to help matters
